Complaining about the company

As I already said previously, make sure you are careful who you talk to when you are complaining about anything such as the company.

"This is a dead end job. I don't see much of a future here."
"I hate the redundancy. It's so boring."
"Work isn't exciting for me anymore. I am doing the same thing over and over again."

"This company doesn't care about employees that much. I haven't received a fair raise in 3 years."

"I don't know if it is my manager or this company, but I'm really getting sick of my job."

"What do you think about all the politics in this company?"
"The politics suck here. But it is the same for any large corporation. The best way to deal with it is to take advantage of the rules."

I heard in some countries that switching companies is not common. Once you have a decent job in a decent company, the person usually works there all their life. In the States however, changing jobs and changing companies is very common. That makes it a common discussion to have with friends and co-workers.

"I don't know how much longer I can take this job. I've been thinking about applying to a different company."
"Have you ever thought about leaving this company?"
"What company do you want to switch to?"

"I started applying for other jobs. There are a lot of positions open."
"I've been looking for jobs on monster.com. They have a lot of positions available."

Lamentarsi sulla società

Come ho già detto in precedenza, assicurarsi che si sta attenti chi si parla quando si lamentano di nulla, come la società.

"Questo è un lavoro vicolo cieco. Io non vedo molto di un futuro qui."
"Odio la ridondanza. 'Così noioso."
"Il lavoro non è eccitante per me. Sto facendo la stessa cosa più e più volte."

"Questa società non si preoccupa più di tanto i dipendenti. Non ho ricevuto un giusto aumento in 3 anni."

"Non so se è il mio manager o l'azienda, ma sono davvero ammalarsi del mio lavoro."

"Cosa pensi di tutta la politica di questa azienda?"
"La politica succhiano qui. Ma è lo stesso per qualsiasi grande società. Il modo migliore per affrontarlo è quello di sfruttare le regole."

Ho sentito che in alcuni paesi che la commutazione società non è comune. Una volta che hai un lavoro decente in una società decente, la persona di solito funziona lì tutta la loro vita. In tuttavia i membri, cambiare lavoro e cambiare le aziende è molto comune. Questo lo rende una discussione comune avere con gli amici e colleghi di lavoro.

"Non so quanto tempo posso prendere questo lavoro. Ho pensato di applicare ad una società diversa."
"Hai mai pensato di lasciare questa azienda?"
"Che impresa vuoi passare?"

"Ho iniziato a fare domanda per altri posti di lavoro. Ci sono un sacco di posizioni aperte."
"Ho cercato di posti di lavoro su monster.com. Hanno un sacco di posizioni disponibili."
