Complaining about another co-worker to a co-worker

I remember in my first job, I had a co-worker I really didn't like. He was a nice guy, but he was a complete idiot. To vent out my frustration, I talked with some closer co-workers about my problems with him. Here are some of the things I said. You might be in a similar situation of dealing with a complete idiot.

"Have you worked with Jake yet? He can't do anything right."
"The problem with Jake is that he doesn't know that he is an idiot."
"I remember helping Jake out so much, and then he stabs my back."
"I don't think he does his own work. He goes around asking everyone to do a portion of his work and says he did it all."

"If you have to work with Jake, remember the things I told you."
"Is management blind or am I being too sensitive about this?"
"I think the manager likes him because he kisses her ass all day long."

Kissing ass refers to butt kiss and brown nosing. Basically, a person who butt kisses is a person always saying good things to the manager, giving compliments, showing off in front of the manager, and doing anything possible to look good.

"The manager is blind because he is a total brown-noser."

"I can't believe this company is paying $75,000 a year for this fool."

Lamentarsi di un altro collega a un collega

Mi ricordo che nel mio primo lavoro, ho avuto un collega davvero non piace. Era un bravo ragazzo, ma lui era un completo idiota. Per sfogare la mia frustrazione, ho parlato con un po 'di più i colleghi dei miei problemi con lui. Ecco alcune delle cose che ho detto. "Hai lavorato con Jake ancora? Lui non può fare niente di buono."
"Il problema con Jake è che lui non sa che lui è un idiota."
"Mi ricordo di aiutare Jake così tanto fuori, e poi pugnala alla schiena."
"Non credo che lui fa il suo lavoro. Lui va in giro a chiedere a tutti di fare una parte del suo lavoro e dice di aver fatto tutto".

"Se si deve lavorare con Jake, ricordare le cose che ti ho detto."
"È la gestione cieca o mi viene troppo sensibile su questo?"
"Credo che il manager lo ama perché lui la bacia culo tutto il giorno."

Baciare il culo si riferisce a culo bacio e marrone curiosare. In sostanza, una persona che bacia culo è una persona dice sempre cose buone per il manager, dando complimenti, in mostra di fronte al direttore, e di fare tutto il possibile per avere un bell'aspetto.

"Il gestore è cieco perché è un totale marrone-Noser."

"Non posso credere che questa società sta pagando 75.000 dollari l'anno per questo sciocco."
