Drinking - Terminologies

Many countries have drinking rules such as using two hands to receive drinks, never allowing your drinking friend to pour their own drinks, never leaving a glass empty too long, and so on. But in America, there isn't that many rules you need to know. I'll cover as much as I can and soon enough, you shouldn't have any problems talking while drinking in America. (I do not know the drinking etiquettes of other English speaking countries such as England, so learn about drinking rules before going there)

In a Bar
There are a few terminologies you have to learn.

Tap - Beer in a glass that is from a large container
Well - Same as Tap. Different wording
Pint - This is 16 fluid ounces. This roughly translates to 500cc.
Bottles - Bottles of beer
Pitchers - Same as Tap, but put in a pitcher
Mixed Drinks - Special Drinks like a mixture of Vodka and Orange Juice. They have names for these such as Fuzzy Navel, Rum and Coke, Buttery Nipple, Gin and tonic, and so on.
Wine - Red or white. Bottle or glass
Shots - Hard alcohol in small shot glass
On the Rocks - Hard alcohol in a bigger glass with ice
Straight Up - Used when ordering a hard alcohol. Specifying that you do not want ice
Double - Two shots in a bigger glass
Round - Used in groups when ordering together.
Bottoms up - One shot. Drink everything in your glass
Cheers - Word used before hitting glasses together before drinking
Champagne - Carbonated wine used in special occasions such as weddings.
Toast - A person usually makes a speech at a special occasion with glasses raised before all taking a drink together. Usually with champagne

Alcol - Terminologie

Molti paesi hanno regole bere come l'utilizzo di due mani per ricevere le bevande, non permettere mai che il vostro amico a bere a versare le proprie bevande, mai lasciando un bicchiere vuoto troppo a lungo, e così via. Ma in America, non è che molte regole si devono sapere. Io coprire quanto più posso e abbastanza presto, non si dovrebbe avere alcun problema a parlare bevendo in America. (Non so le etichette bere degli altri paesi di lingua inglese come Inghilterra, in modo da imparare sulle regole bere prima di andare lì)

In un Bar
Ci sono alcune terminologie che devi imparare.

Tap - birra in un bicchiere che è da un grande contenitore
Bene - Come Tap. Formulazione diversa
Pint - Questo è di 16 once fluide. Questo si traduce approssimativamente a 500cc.
Bottiglie - Bottiglie di birra
Brocche - come rubinetto, ma messo in una brocca
Mixed Drinks - Bevande speciali come una miscela di vodka e succo d'arancia. Hanno nomi per questi, come Fuzzy Navel, Rum e Coca Cola, i capezzoli Buttery, Gin tonic, e così via.
Vino - rosso o bianco. Bottiglia di vetro o
Shots - superalcolici in piccolo colpo di vetro
On the Rocks - Superalcolici in un bicchiere grande con ghiaccio
Straight Up - Usato quando si ordina una superalcolici. Specifica che non si desidera che il ghiaccio
Due colpi in un bicchiere più grande - Doppio
Rotondo - Usato in gruppi quando ordinano insieme.
Bottoms up - un solo colpo. Bevi tutto nel bicchiere
Cheers - parola usata prima di colpire gli occhiali insieme prima di bere
Champagne - vino gassata utilizzato in occasioni speciali come matrimoni.
Brindisi - Una persona di solito fa un discorso a un evento speciale con gli occhiali sollevati prima di tutto prendere un drink insieme. Di solito con champagne
